HACKETT DENNIS WILLIAM of Broadway, Worcestershire formerly of Hampstead, London died peacefully on 23rd August 2016, aged 87 years. Much loved husband of Jacquie and father of Anne-Marie, Sean, Clare and the late Michael. Funeral Mass at St Dominics Priory Church, Southampton Road, London on Tuesday 6th September at 12 noon.
