Ethel Daisy Lewis ( Hetty ) formerly of Wendling, Haverstock Road and Fleet Road Hampstead, died peacefully on 18th February 2009 aged 99 years. The funeral will be at Golders Green, West Chapel, Wednesday 4th March at 1pm. Flowers, correspondence or donations for The Manor Residence fund, via Swearers Funeral Directors, Blenheim Rd, Ramey, Cambridgeshire, PE26 1AL.
