Mrs Anne Madoc Harris of North Hill, Highgate died peacefully at the Dr French Memorial Home, Finchley on September 13th, 2018, aged 81 years. Passionate educator and musician who retired to Highgate from South Wales following a career as head of music at St Cyres Comprehensive School, Penarth. In Highgate became well known as a popular and successful piano teacher, having two grand pianos in her cosy North Hill cottage! Flautist with the Finchley Symphony Orchestra and a school governor for Highgate Wood School, she was an active member of her local community. Will be sadly missed by family, friends and Highgate neighbours. Funeral at St Edwards Church, Knighton, Powys on October 5th at 12pm.
