Susan Johnson, long-time resident of Queens Park, passed away suddenly on September 19, aged 81. Loving older sister to David and Bridget, beloved aunt of Nicholas, Naomi, Harriet, Rosy and Caroline and beloved great aunt. Susan was a well- known presence on Brondesbury Road and in the Queens Park area. Having worked mostly in radio and television, her passions included music (she was secretary of the Mahler Society), the arts, architecture, history, London, travel, and dogs. She will be sorely missed by her family and her many friends, as a very bright light has gone out. Her funeral will take place at the St Marylebone Crematorium, East End Road, N20 RZ at 12pm on Wednesday 19 October. No flowers please.
