Two men have been jailed after admitting to their role in supplying crack cocaine and heroin.

Jorjo Tamea, 32, and Ali Said, both of Finchley Road, Golders Green, have been jailed for a combined total of seven years after funding a lavish lifestyle from the misery of others.

Both men pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply class A drugs and possession of criminal property on October 28.

Police raided an address in Finchley Road where both Tamea and Said were arrested on October 27, 2022.

Inside, officers found quantities of crack cocaine and heroin worth over £30,000, alongside large amounts of cash.

A Rolex watch worth £33,000 and designer jackets estimated at around £5,000 were also found, according to police.

Tamea was sentenced to four years and Said to three years.

The court heard how the men were involved in supplying crack cocaine and heroin through Camden borough using the AJ drugs line, which was set up in early 2022.

The Met said officers investigating the line to shut it down identified Tamea and Said as the key players.

Detective Constable Anthony Shine said: "Tamea and Said did not care that the drugs they pushed were causing misery to vulnerable people and the wider community in Camden.

"They accumulated money and spent it on themselves, without a second thought for the devastation their actions caused.

"I am glad they have been held to account for their actions and I hope this sends a clear message to others who chose to engage in the drug trade that you will be put before the courts to pay the price for your activities."
