A former Metropolitan Police officer is due to appear in court charged with five counts of rape.
Former PC Jade Ebanks was charged with five counts of rape on Friday, April 28 and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court tomorrow (May 31).
The offences are reported to have occurred between 2018 and 2020 in Ealing and Hillingdon and involve the same victim.
Ebanks joined the Met in June 2021 and was attached to the North West BCU, which covers Barnet, Brent and Harrow.
He was arrested on May 5 last year as part of an investigation by officers from the South West Public Protection Unit.
He was suspended from duty.
