Virgin customers in north London have spent days with no emails due to broadband outages.
David Winskill, a former councillor covering Crouch End, said outages started on Sunday (June 18) and by Thursday he still had no access to his emails.
"Virgin has been off since Sunday, which is going to affect thousands of people. We haven't received emails since then," he said.
"What really p***es me off about it is they just send out these poxy little gleeful messages. 'Hi we're having a few problems here. We reckon we're going to have a guy working out on the blah blah blah and it should be fixed by about 4pm'.
"Once you've had about six of them... it's just unbelievable. They're very keen on taking the money off you."
The Ham & High reported on Virgin broadband blackouts in April and in May.
Due to a technical problem, Virgin Media email services were disrupted on Monday and Tuesday.
A Virgin Media spokesperson added: “We have now restored the ability to send and receive emails for all affected accounts. Our teams are continuing to work flat out to restore historic emails into the inboxes of a small proportion of accounts. We apologise again for any inconvenience caused.”
