An emergency tree felling and plans to add a storey to an existing home and fit 40 solar panels on the roof of university accommodation have been submitted to Camden Council.
The applications from the Ham&High readership area were all submitted in the last full week of June.
The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.
In Fitzjohn's Avenue, Belsize Park, there was a five-day notice (2023/2543/T) for emergency works to fell a dead or dangerous pear tree.
Another application (2023/1744/P) in Jeffrey's Street, Camden Town, seeks permission for the installation of solar panels and velux windows on the roof of a property.
In the Fortune Green ward, one proposal (2022/4584/P) seeks to build a single-story ground floor rear extension and convert a ground floor flat from one to two flats in Somali Road.
Another application (2023/2301/P) in the Frognal area proposes the refurbishment of windows and the removal of an internal partition between the kitchen and main living room in a flat in Oakhill Avenue.
A householder application (2022/5636/P) in Kilburn seeks to install new windows and air conditioning units at a property in Greville Place in the St Johns Wood conservation area, with listed building consent also applied for (2023/0479/L).
A certificate of lawfulness (2023/2259/P) has been sought in Birchington Road, Kilburn, to convert the property into two self-contained flats. The proposal also includes the installation of two front rooflights.
An application (2023/2594/P) has also been made for Francis Gardner Hall in West End Lane, South Hampstead.
The proposal is to install 40 solar panels on the flat roof of the building on the site which serves as student accommodation.
The solar panels would not stand more than 30 cm above the flat roof and would not be installed within 1m of the edge of the roof.
In Primrose Hill, one application (2023/1876/P) proposes to build an additional storey above the existing roof level of a home in Meadowbank.
