The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.

The proposal is for the change to be a temporary conversion lasting five years.

In Highgate, an application (2023/2655/L) to make alterations to a listed building in The Grove has been received by the council.

The proposal includes the replacement of a greenhouse with a summerhouse, the addition of a new swimming pool and terracing, and the restoration of vaults within a garden wall.

In Kentish Town South, an application (2023/2627/P) to build an additional storey at 5 Hargrave Place has been submitted.

Under the current proposals, the new floor would have space for two flats.

In Kilburn, a planning application (2023/2368/P) has been filed to build a single-storey rear extension at the second-floor level of a home in Gascony Avenue.

The proposal also includes the enlargement of the rear dormer and the addition of a new front dormer window.

There are also plans (2022/5518/P) to convert the basement and ground floor of a building near to Regent's Park into three self-contained flats.

The space in Hurdwick Place is currently used for commercial purposes, so the application also requests a change of use to provide residential accommodation.

The proposal would also see alterations to the existing residential mix on the first, second a third floors of the building.

In total, there would be seven self-contained flats in the development, a reduction from the current ten.

An application (2023/2644/L) to install secondary glazing in a listed home in Mornington Terrace to mitigate noise from HS2 construction work has been submitted.
