An emaciated dog was found dumped with severe burns across her back.

The eight-month-old dog, whose registered name is Ice, was picked up by police in Lamble Street, Gospel Oak, on October 26.
She was taken to the RSPCA Central branch at Finsbury Park Animal Hospital where she is now being cared for by vets.
The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) is investigating what has happened and is urging the dog's owner to come forward.
RSPCA inspector Chris McGreal said: “This poor dog looks like she’s really been through an awfully difficult time. We aren’t sure if the burns on her back were caused by boiling water or some sort of chemical. She was really in a dreadful condition when she was found, all of her ribs are visible.
“To be dumped seemingly in this way is incredibly sad anyway, but combined with her injuries, it has been an unthinkable ordeal for this dog. We’d like to find the owner to find out exactly what has happened here.
“She was microchipped but her registered owners claim she was given a new home weeks before she was dumped."
The charity has put posters up in the area where she was found and is asking anyone with information about her to contact their officers.
If anyone recognises her or has any information on who her previous owners were, please contact the RSPCA inspectorate line on 0300 123 8018, quoting incident number 01176191.
