Dancing in a fitness class could help fund vital medical and humanitarian aid for people in Ukraine.
The Dance for Ukraine event is returning for a third time due to popular demand.
Those attending the class can learn new fitness moves while raising money for the Driving Aid to Ukraine non-profit organisation.
Lead instructor Gemma Barlow often teaches at venues including The Laboratory Gym in Muswell Hill, St Martin Primary School in East Finchley and the Oti Mabuse dance school in Wembley.
The two-hour class will feature Ms Barlow and other fitness instructors getting people moving while listening to music.
All proceeds go to the Driving Aid to Ukraine group, which has now made 20 trips to the war-stricken country.
Tickets are a suggested donation of £20 for adults and £10 for children aged 8 to 16. The event takes place in the South Hall at at Fortismere School, Tetherdown, on February 3 between 11am to 1pm.
