Police are investigating after a man was seen touching himself while on a Piccadilly Line train.
A bystander witnessed a man winking at women while touching himself over his jeans on Tuesday, January 30.
The incident took place on a westbound train at around 7pm.
Detectives have now released an image of a man they would like to speak to.
British Transport Police (BTP) said they believe he may have information that could help their investigation.
