A woman is continuing to fight for her life after suffering ‘serious injuries’ in a crash that shut down a major street for hours.
Police were called to reports of a pedestrian hit by a lorry in High Road, Wood Green, yesterday (Wednesday) on April 10 at 4.19pm.
Emergency services including an air ambulance were called to the scene and the woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The Metropolitan Police has said in an update that her condition remains the same.

Several road closures were put in place after the crash, with the High Road shut both ways from Gladstone Avenue to Alexandra Road.
Multiple bus routes were also diverted, including the: 29, 67, 121, 123, 141, 144, 184, 221, 230, 232, 329, W4.
