Television presenter Miquita Oliver has revealed she was conceived on Hampstead Heath.
The 40-year-old radio and TV personality made the surprising confession during a recent interview with The Times, while promoting her new podcast Miss Me? with her friend and co-host, Lily Allen.
Miquita said: "Do you know where you were conceived?
"I do. Yeah, I was conceived on Hampstead Heath.
"That is actually kind of amazing."
Born in Paddington to TV chef Andi Oliver, 61, and a Scottish art history teacher, Oliver admitted her parents were "never together" but had a brief romance over a single weekend in Hampstead.
Raised alone by her mother, she was estranged from her father for most of her life.
Miquita also spoke about reconnecting with her father's side of the family in recent years.
She said: "I've only got to know all my Scottish family in the past four or five years, and that's changed how I feel about myself hugely.
"I've been really lucky. I've got this whole [other] family now.
"My brother is 23 and my sister's 26 and I've got a lovely grandma and stepmum and it's just the best thing I ever did."
The podcast host, a former student of Holland Park School, celebrated turning 40 in style last month.
The birthday bash was held at Dorian restaurant in Notting Hill, a self-proclaimed 'bistro for locals' with wine bottles ranging from £100 to £1,600.
Among the attendees were her mother Andi and friend Lily Allen, who had flown from New York specifically for the celebration.
Miquita and guests were treated to a luxurious tasting menu, which included crab and caviar starters, followed by main dishes like lobster tail, veal, and duck.
Earlier in the day, Oliver and Allen prepared for the party with their hair and make-up team, sharing photographs on social media with ginger health shots.
Miquita has had a long career, co-hosting Channel 4's Popworld at the age of 16, before later having her own show on 4Music, hosting radio shows on BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 1Xtra, and appearing on Celebrity Gogglebox with her mum.
