A primary school in Belsize Park is planning to build a new timber-clad classroom. 

Plans for the new classroom are among those submitted to Camden Council between June 24 and June 30.

The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.

In Camden Road, there are plans to turn part of a barber shop into a one bedroom flat (2024/2222/P).

A former carpet shop in Finchley Road could soon be turned into a two-bedroom flat (2024/2427/P).

In South Hill Park, Hampstead, two flats could be combined to create a single home (2024/2580/P).

Acland Burghley School in Kentish Town has asked to build a single-storey extension to the main assembly hall to provide accessible toilets (2024/0864/P).

In Ryland Road, a single storey extension could be built to two flats as part of plans to merge them into a single house (2024/2550/P).

A further conversion of flats into a house could also take place in Broadhurst Gardens, South Hampstead (2024/2623/P).

In West End Lane, one applicant has asked for permission to build a ground floor rear extension and loft conversion to an existing house (2024/2494/P).

A further single-storey rear extension is planned for Minton Mews (2024/2453/P).

Extensions are also planned in Bisham Gardens in Highgate (2024/2568/P) and Parkhill Road in Hampstead (2024/2614/P).

An outbuilding could be built in the back garden of a flat in Birchington Road, Kilburn (2024/1554/P), in St Augustine’s Road, Camden (2024/0863/P) and in Adamson Road, Belsize Park (2024/1507/P).

St Christopher's School in Belsize Lane has asked for permission to build a single-storey timber-clad building to be used as an additional classroom (2024/1556/P).
