A pilates studio at a former Tube station could soon be turned into new homes.
It is one of several applications to have been submitted to Camden Council between August 11 and 17 in the Ham & High readership area.
The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.
In Belsize Road, South Hampstead there are plans to convert a three-bedroom flat into two separate flats each with a single bedroom (2024/3254/P).
Over in Belsize Park, East Finchley education provider Limespring has asked to convert a basement in Belsize Lane so that it can be used as its new centre (2024/2918/P).
The pilates studio on the first floor of Kentish Town Studio could soon be converted into homes (2024/3404/P).
Two new flats have been proposed for the upper floor of the former Tube station in Kentish Town Road.
It also looks like the opening of a new Boxpark venue in Camden High Street might be one step closer.
An application has been submitted to the council for permission to put up advertisements at the Buck Street Market site (2024/3444/A).
A partially collapsed house in Sumatra Road, West Hampstead could soon be rebuilt, if planning approval is granted to another new application (2024/0967/P).
An extra floor could also be added to a house in Denning Road, Hampstead (2024/2474/P).
The plans also ask for permission to build a two-storey side extension, a single-storey rear extension and two balconies at the back of the house.
