A new gym with plunge pools and a sauna might soon be opening near Euston station.
The planning application is one of several submitted to Camden Council between September 23 and September 29 in the Ham and High readership area.
The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to decide on any of them.
One applicant has asked to construct an outbuilding in the back garden of a property in Fellows Road, Primrose Hill (2024/4083/P).
A new gym is set to open near Euston station, according to one planning application (2024/4063/P).
1Rebel Gym is poised to launch a new site in Euston House, Eversholt Street, and has also asked for permission to make use of the building's rear courtyard.
Under the plans, two cold plunge pools, two showers and a sauna would be built in this area for gym customers to use.
In Dartmouth Park, there are plans to demolish a garage block and caretaker's flat to make way for new homes (2024/4134/P).
The block at Hylda Court would be replaced by three homes with a roof extension.
The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama has asked to demolish an existing two-storey building in Swiss Cottage (2024/3971/P).
This would be replaced by another two-storey building, as well as new landscaping.
