Residents of a north west London postcode have lost their water supply or are experiencing low pressure due to a burst pipe.
Engineers are working to fix the issue impacting NW1 since around 7am today (Monday, October 14).
When the problem has been found and engineers know what is needed, Thames Water will update its customers.
This is expected to be around 11am.
A spokesperson for Thames Water said: “We’re sorry if you’re experiencing low pressure or no water.
“We’re aware of a burst pipe in NW1 and our engineers are on their way.
“Once we’ve located the problem and assessed what’s needed, we’ll update you on what we’re doing to fix it.
“We know how inconvenient it is if you lose your water supply, so we’ll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
“We expect to provide more information here by 11:00.”
