A new bagel cafe close to Hampstead Heath has announced its planned opening date.
B Bagel says it will open its sixth outlet on the corner of Swain's Lane around November 11.
The cafe, which will have space for up to 30 diners inside, and up to 50 people on a sheltered outside terrace, will be open seven days a week from 7am until 6pm.
Co-founders Yoav Baumgarten and Alon Kubi will bring their speciality bagels as well as breakfast, brunch, coffee and cakes.
The bagel shop has replaced Roni's Bakery, which was owned by Alon Kubi, which closed on August 12.
Crispy on the outside, chewy and doughy on the inside, the bagels will be boiled and baked instore.
Customers can choose fillings including smoked salmon, hot salt beef or pastrami with mustard, mayo, pickles and sauerkraut and egg mayo as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
People can order salads served with a bagel on the side and for those with a sweet tooth there is Nutella, peanut butter, and blueberry cream cheese to choose from.
A bakery and deli will sell breakfast pots, tubs of homemade spreads and fillings to customise bagels at home, pastries, and a variety of challah breads and loaf cakes.
Crisps made from bagels that don't make it through quality control will also be sold.
The chain already has shops in Camden High Street, Tottenham Court Road, and Brent Cross Shopping Centre, where it offers eat-in, take away or delivery.
It also has takeaway-only outlets in Soho, and Fulham Road in Chelsea.
Managing director Yoav Baumgarten said: “It is a pleasure to be opening the sixth B Bagel site in Swain’s Lane.
"We understand the importance of community and can’t wait to provide a new and comfortable hub for people to gather and enjoy freshly made bagels, juices, and many more. “
