Five members of the Alexandra Palace-based London Capitals are set for the trip of a lifetime to Canada.
Niamh Walsh, Eleanor Worth, Florence Southwood, Clementine Chandler and Freya Price are members of the England under-13 girls' squad competing in the prestigious Quebec International Pee-Wee Tournament.
And they will be one of 12 squads competing in the first-ever all-female division at the event, after organisers decided to make changes to the categories.
A total of 120 teams will be in action in five different categories and England are due to play Florida Alliance in their first tournament match at the luxury Centre Videotron rink on Sunday (February 12).
They will then play Quebec As or Atlantic Girls Selects in their next match on either Tuesday or Thursday, depending on whether they win or lose their opener.
And Olympic gold medalist Caroline Ouellette, a spokesperson for tournament partner Janes, said: "I'm very proud of the creation of the girls' division at the Pee-Wee Tournament thanks to the partnership with Janes.
"It will be a great springboard for the players and for women's hockey. This journey will greatly help the development of players while inspiring them to believe in themselves and in their dreams. They are about to experience unforgettable moments in Quebec."
